An experienced marketing, customer experience and customer proposition leader with 18 years’ experience across a variety of brands, from start-ups to blue chip corporations. Laura is currently responsible for the Youth Banking division in BOI which is charged with the management and development of all current and future customer propositions for the 1.8 million people aged 0-30 living in Ireland. Laura has a wealth of experience in developing extremely successful strategic partnerships; Eddie Irvine partnership for Ireland on Line, Special Olympics and FAI with Eircom and the Leinster rugby partnership with BOI as well as developing BOI Junk Kouture which recently took the silver award in the best global experiential event awards. She has also delivered crucial commercial success doubling market share for BOI across a number of youth sub segments over the last 2 years under her leadership. With a keen focus on leveraging social media appropriately for her audience (first bank to use snapchat and key influencers) and data analytics to deliver exceptional customer propositions for her customer the role is fast paced and delivery focussed keeping Laura and her team constantly challenged to create relevancy and build the business. Laura worked as one of the first employees of Ireland’s first ISP and incredibly successful start-up, Ireland on Line, through to An Post, eircom.net, eircom and then BOI in a variety of senior marketing, Customer, business development, sponsorship, sales and commercial roles. Laura is a passionate believer in the benefits of working with customers to co-create the best possible customer propositions to positively impact both the customer and the business.
