Sven Spollen-Behrens is the Director of the Small Firms Association, the national representative body for small businesses, with 9,500 member companies.
The Small Firms Association (SFA) is the trusted advisor of small businesses in Ireland. It delivers business-focused advice and insights to member companies, influences government policy to the benefit of small businesses and connects its members in a thriving community. Sven is responsible for strategy and overall management of SFA; he is the chief spokesperson and chief government liaison.
Sven has extensive senior management experience, having led trade associations in Berlin, Brussels and Dublin. His experience working on urban regeneration projects across Ireland, has given him an in depth and first-hand knowledge of the challenges that small companies face.
