Vivienne Nagle

Vivienne Nagle has over 15 years experience working as a Director in some of Ireland’s best known retail consumer brands including; Frasers Group, the Brown Thomas Group and Life Style Sports. Her passion for media was cemented two years ago with a move to lead radio operations for Onic in Dublin, as managing director for FM104 & Dublin’s Q102.

FM104 is home to the iconic, award winning and Dublin’s number one breakfast show, The Strawberry Alarm Clock and Q102 has recently launched its new brand identity and a new prime time schedule to include talent such as Kathryn Thomas on breakfast and Ryan Tubridy in the afternoons.

Viv has extensive experience navigating complex and fast paced organisations who are ultimately focused on consumer/listener engagement to transform strategy into positive results and revenue.

She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and is part of News UK’s DE&I team in Ireland. FM104 is a proud partner of Dublin’s Pride and this is a partnership she and her team have worked hard to build on each year. Viv is also part of the advising committee for Airfield Estate.
