
Ben is a senior commercial leader with a track record of delivering growth across the sports, media, and consumer goods sectors. He has held pivotal leadership roles at the IRFU, Virgin Media Television, Disney, and Heineken, bringing a dual perspective from both the media owner and brand sides of the industry.
Throughout his career, Ben has been at the center of high-profile commercial milestones. He led the research shaping Australia’s largest-ever sports rights deals (AFL, NRL, and Cricket), helped define the marketing strategy for Heineken’s Irish portfolio, and was a senior leader at The Walt Disney Company Australia & New Zealand, where he helped shape the market entry for Disney+. Most recently, as Head of Commercial & Marketing for the IRFU, he managed the commercial revenue strategy across broadcast rights, sponsorship, and digital transformation.
