David Quinn

David is one of the founders of Bloom and amongst other things is responsible for business direction of the agency. He works closely with clients and stakeholders to develop campaign strategies. He has led many multichannel campaigns for clients such as Brady Family Ham, Citroen, Myhome.ie, LloydsPharmacy, TU Dublin and The Arts Council.
