Caroline DeCourcy

Caroline is an honors graduate of DIT with a BsC in Marketing and Management and has worked in the Out of Home sector for over 20 years, both on the media owner and specialist side of the industry.

Caroline has an extensive career in marketing, working across several key areas of the business but her passion is research. She thrives to turn valuable data into insights that create effective strategies for clients and provide accountability for any hypothesis.

Highly experienced, with passion and drive, she is currently working in a leading role as Insights Director in the Out of Home media agency, Talon. Caroline has managed and executed many insights projects across key areas of the Out of Home business, ranging from campaign measurement to Digital Out of Home effectiveness, to name but a few.

She has worked with numerous clients across a variety of sectors both globally and locally and is an active member of JNOR, the OOH Industry measurement body since its inception.
