Frances is the Global Chief Operating Officer for EssenceMediacom. With 10,000 people across 96 countries, she is responsible for delivering operational excellence throughout the network. She also oversees our global client practice and offers senior leadership to the agency’s worldwide client base.
Having started her career at MediaCom, she has more than 25 years’ experience across the advertising industry, having held a variety of leadership roles at Omnicom agencies – including CEO of Hearts & Science UK and Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at both PHD UK and OMG UK – before re-joining MediaCom in 2019. For three years she ran the agency’s global Procter & Gamble, Sony and Shell relationships, among others, as Global Client President.
Having announced the merger between MediaCom and Essence, Frances became Global Chief Transformation Officer of the new agency, before becoming our Global COO.
