Neal Davies
Neal has had over 30-years’ experience as a client, an agency lead and as an industry figure on both sides of the Atlantic.
Before joining BBDO Dublin in 2017, Neal was CEO of Effie Worldwide in New York.
He began his career as a client in London in the early 90s and a move to the USA in 1999 saw him hold senior positions at Chiat Day, McCann and TBWA Worldwide, before co-founding Naked Communications in 2006 and then joining the Effies in 2014.
Neal was awarded the North American Grand Effie in 2003 and has served as jury chair for many national and global Effie awards,. He has also worked on award-winning campaigns for PlayStation (Clios Hall of Fame), Doctors Without Borders (Gold Cyber Lion), Embassy Suites (Grand Effie) and Safe At Home Foundation (Emmy). He is a member of the Academy of the Marketing Hall of Fame.
