With a wealth of over 35 years in the professional arena, Simon has traversed the dynamic landscapes of advertising, media, technology, market research, digital, and film. Throughout his career, he has worked with esteemed organisations such as Bates, Saatchi & Saatchi, Zenith Media, Intel Corporation, Gateway Computers, Yahoo!/Sales Online, Refresh Digital, Triple Two Advertising, Intelligence Qatar, and Resolution Films (Doha).
A versatile professional, Simon has navigated both the Client and Agency sides, showcasing his leadership skills by founding and spearheading full-service advertising agencies, digital advertising and media firms, as well as market research and film production companies.
Residing in Doha since 2011, Simon’s entrepreneurial spirit took flight in the early days of digital media. Often recognized as one of Ireland’s earliest “Online Advertising Evanelists”, he embarked on this journey in 1998, a time when the landscape of today’s media was merely a marketing promise, now intricately woven into the fabric of contemporary media.
Beyond his commercial endeavors, Simon has contributed to the media industry by serving on the boards of various committees and has garnered numerous accolades for his achievements including:
