Maurice Cullen

Maurice has 25 years of experience in senior Marketing roles across multiple industries.

He started his career with Unilever working with their food business in Ireland and in Germany.

Soon after moving to Avonmore, Maurice became Marketing Director for the dairy business of the newly formed Glanbia.

Subsequently held the positions of Head of Marketing with Bord Gáis Energy, before moving to Head of Brand, Sponsorship and Marketing Communications with Vodafone and then Chief Marketing Officer with Zurich.

In 2016 Maurice decided to follow his passion for helping people develop to their potential and embarked on a new chapter as licensee with Leadership Management International (an international people development and organisational development business)

Using a unique process that enables people to identify the building blocks and behaviour patterns that will make them more successful Maurice has worked with a diverse range of clients from Retail, Banking, Tourism, Telco, Insurance and PR among others.

Married with 3 adult children, Maurice lives in Dublin and has a special affinity with Hook Head in Co. Wexford.
