Maurisa McKillop

Maurisa Machuca is a senior media strategist

with over 15 years’ experience across the Australian, UK, and US markets. She has led integrated ATL and digital media strategy, planning, and investment for high profile brands, overseeing significant budgets and delivering accountable, results driven media outcomes.

With deep expertise across television, OOH, radio, print, BVOD/CTV, and performance channels, Maurisa brings a commercial, effectiveness led lens to media evaluation. She is experienced in assessing work that balances creativity, scale, and ROI, and brings a practical, real world perspective to judging grounded in impact and execution.

Joanne delivered award winning campaigns for DOE Don’t Drink Drive and worked closely with the inhouse psychology team which fuelled Joanne’s understanding of the importance of  qualitative and quantitative research for media planning and buying.

This started a long career with leading advertising agencies in Northern Ireland working across public and private sector accounts and some leading brands . Joanne is a former winner at the Media Awards for media planning for campaigns on behalf of Tourism Northern Ireland and Power NI.

Joanne has always used research and insights as the foundation to all planning and currently in Mammoth works with an impressive portfolio of clients and brands with a global remit including Tourism Northern Ireland, the European Tour,  NUI Galway, Icon and Queen’s University.  Joanne has kept apace with digital innovation through ongoing training and runs a team of talented media neutral planners to continue to deliver award winning campaigns for clients.
