Garrett was part of the team that launched Hearts & Science in the UK. He is the central architect for the agency’s vision and, as CEO, is responsible for ensuring this is reflected in its day-to-day behaviours and work.
Prior to joining Hearts & Science in 2017, Garrett was Managing Partner at M2M and Associate Communications Planning Director at OMD.
With his 20+ years experience spanning automotive, telecoms, FMCG, technology, B2B, retail, entertainment, and luxury goods, Garrett is equally adept at steering the most established global brands, scale-ups and start-ups to deliver marketing-driven transformation using technology, data, and analytics.
Garrett is always striving to do more, both in his personal development and for the industry he loves. He became one of the first people in the communications sector to become an Accredited Member of the IPA – the highest level of professional endorsement for media in the UK. He holds three further IPA professional qualifications, including the Excellence Diploma.
When he’s not studying, running an agency or judging media awards, he’s part of the IPA Council, IPA Membership Committee and the Advertising Association’s Ad Net Zero Steering Group. He’s also closely involved in numerous OMG internal initiatives including the Sustainability Group, LGBTQ+ Advisory Team and the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Group.
