Jill McCarron

Jill has spent her career helping some of the world’s leading health and wellness brands transform their businesses and drive strategic change.

As Global Marketing Director at FULFIL Nutrition, she oversaw the transformation of the brand from an Irish success story to what is fast becoming a global growth phenomenon.  Jill is passionate about strategy, creativity, innovation & commercially driven marketing which she believes are the critical foundations to any successful organisation.

Jill was Marketing Director in Kerry Foods and part of the leadership team responsible for some of Ireland’s best loved brands such as Dairygold, Cheestrings and Charleville. She spent more than a decade in Danone, where she rose through the ranks from brand manager to be part of the leadership team as Director. Jill began her career on the Jameson Graduate Programme in The Netherlands where she worked as Brand Ambassador for the world’s No. 1 Irish Whiskey brand.

Today, Jill heads up Global Brands for Novonesis – the world-leading biosolutions company and part of the Novo Nordisk Foundation. Jill leads the global brand function responsible for global strategy, branding, and communications for B2B, B2C and B2HCP wellness brands across the world.
