What Happens Next?

The Media Awards 2022 Shortlist is now live.
All shortlisted entries will get an email to let them know that they have been successful – This will be sent between the afternoon of Friday April 8th and the morning of Monday April 11th.
This mail will give you your specific presentation date and time and will give you all the details you need to prepare.
If you do not receive this mail by Monday April 11th please email info@mediaawards.ie and quote your submission number and we will get right back to you.,

Shortlisted entries will then go forward to the live judging round.
This will take place virtually, via Zoom, over two days:
• Thursday April 21st
• Friday April 22nd

You will make a 15 minute live virtual presentation on EITHER Thursday April 21st or Friday April 22nd to a panel of judges.
The format is:
• 15 Minutes Presentation
• 5 Minutes Questions
Time will be STRICTLY kept by the moderator – please bear this in mind for your preparations.

You will be able to share your screen as normal in Zoom if you wish.
The presentations will be moderated and you will have time to ‘check in ‘ and test video and sound etc. before your pitch.
You will receive full detailed instructions on the process for this pitch if you are shortlisted.
Structure and marking scheme will be the same as your initial entry.

PLEASE keep these two days as free as possible for now – you will receive your time slot by Monday April 11th if successful in reaching the Shortlist.
